Thr other day i had craving for my red Velvet ice cream from blue bunny but eating my fev ice cream in that old fashion way was boting.
So my husband came up with this idea of red Velvet cake ice cream with toster strudel would be very interesting.

Well here is how you can make is this awesome desert.

Tost two toster strudel in toster put red Velvet cake ice cream in between and garnish with sweet cream

Easy and quick recipe of Veg Jalfrazy


Veg jalfrazy is very testy and easy recipe that does not contains too much calories or fat though has all the taste. This side dish could be use with paratha, roti, naan or poori.
Perfect dish for party, special occasion or festivals because its easy to make and take less than 15 minutes to get it ready.

Ingredients:
1. One quarter mix cut vegetables if you choice 
2. Garlic
3. Onion cut in big chunks and separated by layer
4. Turmeric
5. Garam Masala
6. Red chili powder
7. Salt to taste
8. Yogurt
9. Ghee ( clarified butter)

Recipe:
Heat oil in pan add garlic and add onions after garlic turn golden. Now add all the mix cut vegetables and sauté.
Add turmeric, red chill, garam masala (curry powder) and salt. Let it cook for five minutes and now remove pan from heat and add one table spoon ghee. Adding ghee in the end gives really great texture on the food and great taste too.
Now that our dish is nt too hot add whisked yogurt. And your dish is ready.

This sweet mango pickle was my favourite from my childhood, my mom used to make this for me. Recipe for this sweet mango pickle is very easy and quick ready in 10 minutes. It can be used with lunch, dinner or in breakfast with paratha or roti.

Ingredients:
SSweet green Mango
Cumin's
Salt
Sugar/honey
Garlic
Turmeric
Red chili powder

Recipe:
Heat the oil in pan, put some garlic (optional) , add cumin after cumin turn brown add cut mangos in pan and sauté .
After two minutes add turmeric, red chilli, salt and sugar. You can replace sugar with honey. Now sauté and cover it for 5 to 8 minutes.

Check if you see caramelized around the mango and mango is soften then you are donr.

Serve it with paratha or roti.



No flour, no sugar and no eggs chocolate chip muffin easy, healthy and tasty way to snacking

I have been making these muffin for very long and by far its been show stopper in my every party with my friends. Its very easy and real quick recipe. Only four ingredient, 5 minutes of preparation and 20 minutes of backing and its done.

I would like to tell you this recipe can also be done different version like blueberry muffin, raspberry muffin and raisins muffins so lets get started with recipe part of it;

Ingredient: (for Approx 10 muffins):
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 cup old fashioned oat meal
  • 1 tablespoons of peanut butter/almond butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chip for mixture
  • 2 cup chocolate chip for decoration
  • Muffin mold backing tray
  • Cooking spray oil


Recipe:

Mix all the ingredients in grinder ( oats, peanut butter, banana and 1/2 cup chocolate chip) and grind it till it makes fine paste.
Preheat the oven in 370 degree and spray the backing tray with very thin coat. 
Fill the muffin mold only half way through and add chocolate chip for decoration. After you finish filling the backing tray put it in oven and cook it for 20 minutes.
You need to check your muffin after 15 minutes with the toothpick because some time muffins may cook earlier and if your toothpick comes clear then you can turn off the oven and remove the baking tray from oven

These muffin last three to four days if you keep then in refrigerator. You can also use raisins, blueberries, raspberries instead of chocolate chips. My fev is chocolate chip coz i love chocolate.

Oatmeal, chocolate chip and almond butter cookies


Nowadays eating healthy is very important, specially when you are watching yout weight. But what to do with your craving for chocolate and cookies. So here is the solution, you can try this cookie recipe which is very healthy and yummy too. Only 4 ingredients, 5 minutes of preparation and 15 minutes of baking.

So to cook approx 15 to 20 cookies in one batch all you need is

Ingredients:
Old fashioned oat meal 3 cups
 2 ripen bananas
2 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter
Chocolate chips 1 cup
Cooking oil spray
Baking tray

Recipe:
Mash your banana with fork add other ingredients like oat meal, chocolate chip and almond butter or peanut butter. Mix all the ingredients with spoon.
Now pre heat your oven at 370 degrees, spray your baking tray with oil.
now take one table spoon of your cookies mix and spread it on your baking tray in the shape of cookie u like (big, small or chunky). Cook it for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, you need to check on your cookies after 12 minutes so that you don't over cook them.

After the cookies baked properly turn off your oven and let the cookies cool down so that you can enjoy them with milk or coffee.

Note: you can replace chocolate with many other ingredients like raisins, walnuts, almonds, blueberry or raspberry.

Mix Veg Egg Muffing healthy breakfast


This isamazing, tasty and healthy recipe with lots of protein

Ingredients:
3 whole eggs
Chopped mix veg (bell pepper, spinach and garlic)
Cooking oil spray
Muffin backing tray

Process:
Heat oil in pan sauté garlic till it turn golden brown then add all veggies and spinach. Cook for two minutes and turn off the heat. Pre heat the oven 350 degree, by the time oven pre heats spray oil on backing pan, devid all the cooked veggie in muffin pan and beat all the eggs and pore on backing pan.
Once oven pre heated put the backing pan in oven and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

Serve it with tost, fruits and coffee and start your day with happy and healthy.
